but is calculated during the checkout procedure you will see this before commiting and you must choose a shipping charge that is suitable for your order from the list

Our returns procedure

Please note that any item that is returned to us due to it being faulty you will be refunded the return postage BUT no more than the original postage it cost us to send it out to you IE: if you use a more expensive carrier or faster shipping or signed for or expensive packaging etc this will not be refunded as that method is your choice not ours. please return the item to us by the means it was sent out to you Royal mail 1st class etc.Please note that all faulty goods must be returned or notify us of the problem within 14 days of receipt if not you are responsible for any shipping costs incured. Also if you decide to return the item as you no longer want it after 7 days of receipt un-opend & not used or have changed your mind for some reason (NOT VALID AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE) Only the items cost will be refunded Not return postage it also has to be in its original packaging and untouched Goods which have been opened will only be refunded if they prove to be faulty,

A refund will only be given upon us receiveing the said item

Any delivery times quoted are approximate.
We expect all deliveries to be within 5 working days and often within 48hrs.
If, for whatever reason, it would appear that delivery will take longer
we will contact you with both an explanation and an offer to wait or take a complete refund.
